This work reports on the method optimization and application for quantitative analysis of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and anti-epileptic drug in soil and sediment samples. The analytes were extracted by ultrasonic extraction followed by solid phase extraction and quantified using liquid chromatographic coupled with photodiode array.
