Concurrent and sequential regimens involving radiotherapy (RT) and lenvatinib were designed with off-target or stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) doses in a freely moving rat model to evaluate the effect of RT on the pharmacokinetics (PK) of lenvatinib.
