It can occur after transfixing keratoplasty even after low-energy injury. We here report two situations of patients with a brief history of keratoplasty, admitted to the hospital with painful red-eye due to trauma. Patients' assessment objected decrease in visual acuity, subtotal graft displacement and major ocular hypotonia.
