There is no age limit to become healthy, and you are never too old to get into better shape. <br> <br>Taekwondo is about setting goals and having self-discipline, which everyone, no matter young or old, can benefit from. Also, due to the light contact nature of Taekwondo, there is less of a risk for older people to be injured as compared to other Martial Arts
